Responsibilities

• Searching for the candidates using all available source,
• Managing end to end recruitment (strong cooperation with Hiring managers) for the assigned scope - internal recruitment
• Cooperating with HR team, Operations and other teams from different locations in Poland and in Europe
• Working with recruitment systems (Avatura and Taleo)
• Implementing new hiring tools
• Taking part in job fairs
• Covering not only for Poland scope, but also Europe openings
• Creating reports

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Recruitment (min 1 year)
• Good English skills (min B2)
• Experience in recruiting for different roles and areas,
• Willingness to take up recruitment on different countries in Europe
• Knowledge of Avature/ Taleo would be a strong asset
• Willingness to develop and improve the existing processes
