Inviting applications for the role of Junior Procurement Specialist with English
Responsibilities
- Reception and verification of requisitioning of users and buyers
- Analyze completeness of purchase requisitions, RFQ packages and technical specifications
- Conducting Sourcing activities
- Preparation and follow up of RFQ packages
- Consolidation of RFQ responses
- Answer supplier questions and advise on RFQ response required
- Purchase order preparation and issuance
- Sending manually POs when needed
- Register and respond to PR or Procurement related inquiries by clients/vendors
- Build good rapport with clients/vendors, category/commodity managers
- Assist Supplier negotiations for large buys, when needed
- Generating periodical and ad-hoc reports
Qualifications:
- English language level: B1
- Good communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a multinational company
- Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with end customers
- Work experience with and ERP system
